AT&T Stands For Equality: Did you know that AT&T has a dedicated DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) organization? It’s because AT&T cares for its entire workforce. That’s a lot of people with a lot of background and stories! The goal of Equality First + is to provide equal parts education and entertainment to help us build a more inclusive and connected workplace. Together we can make the biggest impact, and through the Equality First + app you build bridges and connections with your AT&T colleagues.
